Cases coming before Aylesbury Magistrates’ Court includes:

WOJCIECH TORC, 39, of Bicester Road, Aylesbury. Between March 2010 and August 2011 had in his possession indecent photos of a child. These consisted of 400 level one photos, 24 level two, 13 level three and 11 level four (images are rated from one to five, with five the worst). Pleaded guilty. Awaiting sentence.

FERENC PENTEK, 39, of Selwyn Court, Aylesbury. On August 28 in Wendover Road, Aylesbury, drove a blue Renault Scenic after consuming 50 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit is 35mgs). Pleaded not guilty, found guilty. Disqualified from driving for 12 months, fined £600, costs £700.

CHRISTOPHER LEIGH EASTGATE, 24, of Intalbury Avenue, Aylesbury. On July 19 in Aylesbury jointly with Thomas Woodruff (see below) assaulted a male. Pleaded guilty. Awaiting sentence.

THOMAS ANTHONY WOODRUFF, 23, of Keats Close, Aylesbury. On July 19 in Aylesbury jointly with Christopher Eastgate (see above) assaulted a male. Pleaded guilty. Awaiting sentence.

CLINTON WILLIAM HENNEY, 25, of Fletcher Close, Aylesbury. 1) On September 5 willfully obstructed a police officer in the execution of his duty. Pleaded guilty. 2) Commission of further offence during a suspended sentence driving while unfit through drink or drugs. Admitted. Fined £200, costs £400, victim surcharge £20. Magistrates thought it would be unjust to activate the suspended sentence as the latest offence took place a few days before order was completed and the offence are disimilar.

JOSHUA MICHAEL DENHAM, 19, of Stonechat, Aylesbury. On September 27, being the driver of a silver Vauxhall Corsa which was in an accident with a Citroen Picasso in Oxford Road, Aylesbury, failed to give his name and address to a person with reasonable grounds for requiring him to do so and failed to report it to police within 24 hours of the accident. Pleaded guilty. Licence endorsed with five points, fined £167, costs £85, victim surcharge £20.

ROBIN KEITH TUNNINGTON HUGHES, 39, of Rainborough Gardens, Aylesbury. On March 14 in Aylesbury used threatening words/ behaviour. Pleaded guilty. Fined £35, costs £85, victim surcharge £20.

KHALID HUSSAIN, 36, of Alwin Close, Aylesbury. On February 16 in Penn Road, Aylesbury, had in his possession a kitchen knife in a public place. Pleaded guilty. Awaiting sentence.

LIAM PATRICK FITZGERALD, 23, of Prebendal Avenue, Aylesbury. On March 15 in Buckingham Street used towards a male threatening word/ behaviour with intent for victim to believe he was going to be punched. Pleaded guilty.
