Cases coming before Aylesbury Magistrates’ Court include:

JACKIE BAYLIS, 45, of Rignall Road, Great Missenden. 1) On March 19 stole Lurpak butter worth £3.40 from Co-op, Great Missenden. Pleaded guilty. 2) Committed further offence while subject to two separate conditional discharges for theft. Admitted. Awaiting sentence.

DARREN GEORGE FRIER, 44, of Oliffe Close, Aylesbury. On April 24 in Tring Road, Aylesbury, had in his possession in a public place a kitchen knife. Pleaded guilty. Awaiting sentence.

BENJAMIN DANIEL MOTT, 26, and JAMIE MOTT, 29, of Coventon Road, Aylesbury . 1) On March 22 in Kingsbury, Aylesbury, assaulted a male. Pleaded guilty. 2) Same date/ location assaulted a different male. Pleaded guilty.

SCOTT BANNISTER, 31, of Hale Street, Aylesbury. On April 18 in Stoke Road, Aylesbury, drove a silver Skoda Fabia after consuming 81 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit is 35mgs). Pleaded guilty. Disqualified from driving for 22 months, fined £275, costs £85, victim surcharge £28.

JORDON NICHOLAS COX, 23, of Lay Road, Aylesbury. On April 19 criminally damaged a bathroom wall belonging to a female. Pleaded guilty. Awaiting sentence.

LEWIS MITCHELL, 35, of Coxhill Way, Aylesbury. On April 26 in Aylesbury had in his possession one small deal bag of cannabis, a class B drug. Pleaded guilty. Fined £65, costs £85, victim surcharge £20.

JOSEPH NICHOLAS RAY, 22, of Beech Green, Aylesbury. On April 22 in Conwy Place, Pitstone, had in his possession a quantity of cannabis, a class B drug. Pleaded guilty. Fined £155, costs £85, victim surcharge £20.

CHRISTOPHER VARNEY, 38, of Wrights Lane, Prestwood. On January 22 in Wotton Underwood was in possession of two dogs at his home address, having been disqualified from having animals. Pleaded guilty. Fined £140, costs £85, victim surcharge £20.
