A couple have been evicted from their Aylesbury home after being accused of anti-social behaviour.

Claire Williams, 33, of Poole Close, lived at the address with her partner Claire Muszalik, 35.

But the pair have now been evicted by Sovereign Housing Association, after Milton Keynes County Council granted a possession order in December last year.

According to the housing association, the problems began in late 2011 when neighbours were regularly disturbed by shouting and banging in the middle of the night.

Ms Williams was asked to sign an Acceptable Behaviour Contract and the situation improved.

But in October 2012 police were called following a disturbance in the close, and the anti social behaviour is alleged to have continued.

Sovereign housing officer Steve Kilsby, said: “At Sovereign, we are determined to tackle anti-social behaviour and build communities where people feel safe.

“I’d like to commend our residents for their bravery in coming forward with the evidence that allowed us to remove her from this area.”
