The Berryfields junction on Bicester Road continues to cause problems as a councillor said a fatality is inevitable if the road is not altered.
After another traffic collision on August 24, in which four vehicles were involved and two drivers were taken to Stoke Mandeville Hospital, there have been increasing calls for traffic lights or calming measures to be introduced.
Aylesbury Vale District Councillor, David Vick, said: “This was a pile up waiting to happen, which, as predicted, just has.
“Not to mention the constant road rage seen at this junction, the ridiculously short merging lanes, and the zigzag route the traffic is forced to take.”
The busy junction has seen several accidents in the past year, with many drivers using the roundabout and pedestrians using the crossings.
Mr Vick was particularly critical of how difficult it is to use the road.
He added: “Heading into Aylesbury is a joke. Lane one moves left on the approach, stays left for the crossing then has to move right within a short distance to avoid the bus lane.
“Do we have to wait for a death before Bucks County Council corrects these serious public safety issues?”
The Bucks Department for Transport said it was unable to comment while a police investigation is ongoing.
