Supermarket giant Asda has announced its new store next to Stoke Mandeville Hospital will open in early November.
The retailer, which has been awarded the title of the UK’s lowest price supermarket for the last 15 years, is creating more than 75 new jobs at the 10,700 square foot, 24 hour supermarket.
Facilities will include a click and collect service that allows customers to order online and collect it ready packed from the store.
The store will also boast an express deli and bakery as well as fresh flowers, cards, gifts and George clothing essentials.
New store manager, James Stuckey said: “We’re feeling very positive about the creation of new jobs for local people and we hope customers are going to be delighted with the new store.
“We are all really excited to get the doors open and welcome our new customers through the door. Local residents can also look forward to the launch of our Aylesbury Community Life initiative, which we’ll be announcing in the very near future.”
