It's a cover-up!

It's a cover-up!

A blonde model in hot pants stripped off in Aylesbury’s Market Square on a chilly November morning in 1976 to promote the play, A Thousand Clowns, which was being staged at the Civic Centre.

Police officers were quickly on the scene and wrapped the woman – who posed in the square with a baby elephant – in one of their raincoats.

She had a warming cup of tea down at the station before being released without charge.
