Slideshow: Wedding fair sees hundreds of visitors

The Bucks Herald Wedding Fair attracted more than 700 visitors at Aylesbury's Civic Centre, and a few lucky brides-to-be won some top prizes to help them celebrate their own big day in style.

More than 30 exhibitors, including dress, suit and hat outlets, and caterers, photographers and florists, showcased their products, so there was plenty of inspiration for couples planning their wedding.

The Herald's Gail Barnes, who organised the fair with colleague Helen Walker, said: "It was an excellent day. The feedback we got from the stallholders was that this was one of the best shows they had been to. A lot of people said it was really buzzing."

Prizes on offer included a 1,000 dress from The Bridal House, three bridesmaids dresses worth up to 600 from Confetti, 500 worth of flowers from Jayne Richards and a 65 tiara from Creative Tiaras.
