Man charged with dangerous driving after pensioner trapped between horsebox and Land Rover

A man has been charged in connection with a collision which trapped an elderly man and left him seriously injured.
Jean-Marc Hodgkin, 46, has been charged with dangerous driving and causing grievous bodily harm.
A 73-year-old man was walking on a footpath by the Aylesbury Road in Bierton when a horsebox collided with him and trapped him against a Land Rover parked at the side of the road on August 4.
Emergency services were called to the scene and the man was treated for leg injuries in Stoke Mandeville Hospital.
Mr Hodgkin, of Berrystead, Caldecotte, Milton Keynes, is due to appear at Aylesbury Magistrates’ Court on December 4.
