Ford Village Carol Service. This annual event on Tuesday December 18, held in the barn at Bridge Farm, Ford, by kind permission of Chris Hargraves, was led by his wife, the Rev Christobel Hargraves with music provided by members of St Mary's Thame.
The service was again very well attended with over 80 residents, friends and family joining in the singing and prayers with the children giving some readings as well as those of the Ford Junior Orchestra playing the music for their own carol.
Audrey, Linda, Mags and Mary of the social committee finished a very pleasant evening with the provision of mulled wine and hot snacks. A collection of over 202 was taken to assist the very deserving hospices of Helen and Douglas House.
