Investigation into crash that killed Greg Stiles continues

A man arrested over the crash that killed 18-year-old Greg Stiles has been released on police bail.

The 25 year old was arrested at Aylesbury police station on May 29 on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving and bailed until last week.

But as the investigation continues, he has been re-bailed for a further five-and-a-half weeks until August 24.

Greg died and his 17-year-old girlfriend Abi Dowdy, from Prestwood, was left fighting for her life when the car they were in was forced off the road between Longwick and Kingsey on May 17.

Abi was left in a coma for more than two weeks and was released from hospital one month after the crash.

Since Greg's funeral at St Mary's Church, Thame, on June 8, the family have raised more than 1,600 for the Thames Valley and Chiltern Air Ambulance.

They airlifted Abi to the John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford where she started her recovery.
