Paul Daniels is hooked on Aylesbury
WORLD famous magician Paul Daniels and his wife 'the lovely' Debbie McGee were in Aylesbury this week and BHTV spoke to the couple.
The pair, who have appeared on several reality TV shows in recent years, were in town promoting their Christmas pantomime Peter Pan, which will be the last ever show at the soon-to-be demolished Aylesbury Civic Centre.
The quick-witted magician, who plays the dreaded Captain Hook, and his wife, who stars as Mini Mermaid, talked to BHTV about the play, their memories of visiting and performing in Aylesbury and their thoughts on the plans for the new Waterside Theatre.
Paul also found time to peform a coin magic trick for the BHTV cameras.
