In search of Lady and the Scamp: The contestants part II

BHTV brings you a slideshow rounding up a second wave of entries for our popular dog competition In search of Lady and the Scamp.

For more on this competition, visit our Lady and the Scamp section by clicking here.

We are going in search of Lady and the Scamp, and the two winning dogs will net their owners a weekend break in a dog friendly hotel.

The competition is being sponsored by Aylesbury Vale District Council and each week there will be tips and advice from the council for dog owners.

Nearly all the entries are now in with the deadline fast approaching and voting ready to commence. Various voting options will be available including a form in the paper, texting, phone line and email.

Entries will also be posted on this website. Once the votes have been cast the final six male and six female dogs with the largest number of votes will be published with readers again voting for their favourite pet from the finalists.

At this crucial stage of the final our video news journalist Damien Lucas will visit all 12 homes and interview the owners with their dogs.

These interviews will be available to view on our website to help readers choose their favourite Lady and Scamp!

For the winners there will be a prestigious BHADA award - Bucks Herald Adorable Dog Award - for the Lady and the Scamp.

Both winning dogs will enjoy a weekend break with their owners in a dog friendly hotel.
