GCSEs: Academy pleased as results continue to improve

GCSE results have continued to improve at the Aylesbury Vale Academy this year with 38% of students achieving 5+ A* to C grades including English and Maths.

One in five students at the academy are now making better than expected national levels of progress with the number of students making four levels of progress improving significantly.

Principal Fiona Froment said: “We are very pleased with these results.

“Students have worked very hard and deserve their success.”
