Eastern Arc decision downright preposterous

The decision by AVDC to put forward the Eastern Arc is just downright preposterous. Having lived in both areas (Stoke Grange) and now Bierton I am totally amazed and angered by AVDC bizarre decision and their backtrack on their original Southern Arc choice. I guess it just shows ...... its WHO you know not WHAT you know. All the reports state the Southern Arc is the best option (out of the two given) but councillors have caved in to WHO has the greatest number of voters.
