Pair charged with attempted murder after Aylesbury shooting

Two men have been charged with attempted murder after a 43-year-old man was shot in Aylesbury.

They were arrested in the West Midlands and have been charged in relation to the Hilton Avenue shooting in the Elmhurst area on March 16.

Nicholas Talburt, 22, from Fellows Park Gardens, Walsall, was arrested in Walsall on Friday and was charged on Saturday with attempted murder, possession of firearm with intent to commit an indictable offence and conspiracy to supply a class A drug, heroin.

Marcus Macintosh, 20, of Waterside St, West Bromwich, was arrested in West Bromwich on Friday and was charged on Saturday with attempted murder and conspiracy to supply a class A drug, heroin.

They both appeared at Wycombe Magistrates’ Court this morning and have been remanded in custody until Monday when they are due to appear at Reading Crown Court.

The victim has been discharged from hospital.
