Four charged over production of cannabis

Four people have been charged with producing cannabis after a raid by police.

Terry Edwards, 67, of Marsh Lane in Marsh, near Aylesbury has been charged with producing cannabis, using electricity without authority and possessing an air weapon when banned for life.

Barbara Edwards, 69, of Marsh Lane, Marsh, has been charged with producing cannabis and using electricity without authority.

Sam Edwards, 31, of Marsh Lane, Marsh, has been charged with producing cannabis and using electricity without authority.

Luke Henney, 31, of Cotswold Green in Aylesbury, has been charged with one count of producing and one count of possessing cannabis.

The charges relate to alleged offences in March 2014 after a warrant was executed in Marsh under Section 23 Misuse of Drugs Act 1971.

The four were released on bail and are due to appear at Aylesbury Magistrates Court on April 27.
