A teenager has been jailed for more than two years after being found guilty of possessing cocaine and heroin.

L’Mar Dixon from Deptford Wharf, Lewisham, London, was found guilty of supplying class A drugs and was sentenced to two years and nine months in prison.

On January 5 at around 1pm in Coxhill Way, Aylesbury, officers stopped a Seat Ibiza car.

Dixon, who had been inside the vehicle, then ran away.

He was detained by police and found with 25 wraps of heroin and 13 wraps of cocaine hidden on him.

Investigating officer PC Andrew Melton said: “I am more than happy with the length of the sentence imposed and I hope this will help to deter drug dealers from travelling to the Aylesbury area and being a blight upon our community.”
