Court round-up: Woman more than four times over drink drive limit

A drink driver who admitted being more than four times over the limit is featured in this week’s round-up from Aylesbury Magistrates Court.

BRIDGET LUMB, 46, of Fairford Leys Way, Aylesbury. On March 27 drove a Peugeot 3008 in Aylesbury after consuming 161 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit is 35mgs). Pleaded guilty. Awaiting sentence.

HANNAH ELIZABETH BROOKFIELD, 20, of Stratford Close, Aston Clinton. On December 29 permitted someone else to use a red Fiat 500 in Cheddington High Street when there was no third party insurance policy in force. Pleaded not guilty, found guilty. Licence endorsed with six points, fined £275, costs £300, victim surcharge £28.

LESLIE ANDERSON, 64, of Northern Road, Aylesbury. Between September 8, 2012 and April 4, 2014, failed to notify Department for Work and Pensions that his wife was working, affecting his entitlement to incomes support. Pleaded guilty. Fined £310, costs £85, victim surcharge £31.

THOMAS JAMES CHAPMAN, 35, of Barnard Crescent, Aylesbury. On March 22 stole three items of meat worth £51 from Sainsbury’s. Pleaded guilty. Given four week curfew enforced by electronic tag until May 12. He must remain at his home address from 2pm to 8pm daily. Victim surcharge £60.

CRYSTAL JADE KNOTT, 33, of High Street, Waddesdon. On January 3 stole groceries worth £362 from Tesco Broadfields. Pleaded guilty. Must carry out 60 hours of unpaid work, costs £85, victim surcharge £60.

SUBRESH MALIK, 21, of Runley Road, Luton. 1) On January 6 in Hardy Close, Aylesbury, had in his possession a quantity of cannabis, a class B drug. 2) Same date/ location obstructed two police officers in execution of their duty. Pleaded guilty. Fined £150, costs £85, victim surcharge £20.

SHANE ROBERTS B RICHARDS, 28, of Old School Close, Halton. 1) On February 20 in Old Stoke Road, failed to stop his silver Nissan Juke when required to do so by a constable in uniform. Pleaded guilty. 2) On same date in Hampden Road drove without due care and attention. Pleaded guilty. Licence endorsed with six points, fined £110, costs £85, victim surcharge £20.

ELLIOT DAVID SUMMERLING, 44, of no fixed abode in Aylesbury. 1) On March 17 stole a bottle of Smirnoff vodka worth £22 from Tesco, Tring Road. Pleaded guilty. 2) On February 26 in Aylesbury supplied two tamazapam pills, a class C drug. Pleaded guilty. 3) Committed a further offence during a suspended sentence for using threatening words/ behaviour. Admitted. Awaiting sentence.

JORDEN BELINFANTE, 26, of Glentworth Road, Nottingham. 1) On August 26 in Aylesbury Vale jointly with others committed fraud by false representation by falsely obtaining 31 bottles of alcohol. Pleaded guilty. 2) Same date in Aylesbury and Hertfordshire, jointly with others, had in his possession a large quantity of fraudulent alcohol discount vouchers. Pleaded guilty. Awaiting sentence.

ROSS EDWIN MARTYN NANCARROW, 29, of Upende, Aylesbury. On March 9 in Dunsham Lane, Aylesbury, drove a red Audi A3 without a licence or insurance. Pleaded guilty. Licence endorsed with six points, fined £145, costs £85, VS £20.

LEWIS WILLIAMSON, 25, of Saye and Sele Close, Grendon Underwood. 1) On December 25 on Mount Nugent, Chesham, drove a silver Vauxhall Astra after consuming 41 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit is 35mgs). Pleaded guilty. 2) Same date/ location drove without insurance. Pleaded guilty. Disqualified from driving for 12 months, fined £215, costs £85, victim surcharge £21.
