A woman who admitted to disorderly behaviour at KFC which was ‘religiously aggravated’ features in this week’s court round-up.

BONITA ELVIDGE, 43, of Patterson Road, Aylesbury. 1) On November 14 used threatening words/ behaviour to two employees at KFC, Buckingham Street, Aylesbury, causing them alarm/ distress. The offence was religiously aggravated. Pleaded guilty. 2) On February 2 used threatening words/ behaviour. Pleaded guilty. Awaiting sentence.

MICHAEL EDWARD FRANKS, 36, of The Crescent, Pitstone. On July 4 in Pitstone criminally destroyed property to the value of £952. Pleaded guilty. Awaiting sentence.

JOHN HORWOOD, 60, of no fixed abode. On August 24 stole two empty liquid containers worth £6 from Washworks, Leyfield Road, Aylesbury. Pleaded guilty. Discharged conditionally for three months, criminal courts charge £180, costs £85, victim surcharge £15.

CHRISTINE SAMANTHA LANGSTON, 23, of Cherry Tree Road, Chinnor. On August 24 in Lower Icknield Way, Princes Risborough drove a blue Vauxhall Astra after consuming 135 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit is 35mgs). Pleaded guilty. Disqualified from driving for 30 months, fined £515, criminal courts charge £150, costs £85, victim surcharge £52.

DARREN WILLIAM WALKER, 31, of Chaloner Road, Aylesbury. 1) On August 24 in Churchill Avenue, Aylesbury, drove a red Mitsubishi L200 after consuming 148 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit is 35mgs). Pleaded guilty. 2) Same date/ location drove while disqualified from holding a licence. Pleaded guilty. 3) Same date/ location drove without insurance. Pleaded guilty. 4) Same date/ location failed, without reasonable excuse to co-operate with a breath test. Pleaded guilty. 5) Committed a further offence during period of a suspended sentence for assault and criminal damage. Admitted. Awaiting sentence.

PETER THOMPSON, 55, of Albion Road, Pitstone. On August 16 in Vicarage Lane, Ivinghoe, criminally damaged a front door and its letterbox, and the rear bumper of a grey Range Rover, to the value of £250. Pleaded guilty. Fined £250, compensation £100, criminal courts charge £150, costs £85, victim surcharge £25.

BEN JOSEPH CLARIDGE, 18, of St Johns Drive, Stone. On September 5 in Buckingham Street, Aylesbury, used threatening words/ behaviour with intent to cause victim to fear of violence against him. Pleaded guilty. Awaiting sentence.

AMY HESSFORD, 23, of Russell Avenue, Aylesbury. On September 5 at Kingsbury, Aylesbury, was found drunk in a public place. Pleaded guilty. Fined £160, criminal courts charge £150, costs £85, victim surcharge £20.

ADAM ROBERT PURDON, 50, of Cradley Walk, Aylesbury. On September 9 in Aylesbury used threatening words/ behaviour likely to cause alarm/ distress. Pleaded guilty. Fined £80, criminal courts charge £150, costs £85, victim surcharge £20.

SHANE ROBERT B RICHARDS, 28, of Old School Close, Halton. On August 13 in Parton Road had in his possession 1.90g of cocaine and 0.80g diamorphine, class A drugs. Pleaded guilty. Fined £240, criminal courts charge £180, costs £85, victim surcharge £20.

TREMANE MARK WOODLEY, 30, of Beckett Close, Aylesbury. On September 6 in Fowler Road, Aylesbury, was guilty, while drunk, of disorderly behaviour. Fined £205, criminal courts charge £150, costs £85, victim surcharge £21.
