Court round-up: Thief stole tuna pasta pot from Sainsbury’s

A man who ended up in court after stealing a tuna pasta pot from Sainsbury’s is featured in this week’s round-up from Aylesbury Magistrates’ Court.

DAVID MICHAEL GORDON LADYMAN, 31, of Leach Road, Aylesbury. On April 23 stole a tuna pasta pot worth £2 from Sainsbury’s, Buckingham Street, Aylesbury. Pleaded guilty. Awaiting sentence.

ARMANN JAVED, 20, of Prebendal Avenue, Aylesbury. 1) On December 6 in Walton Street, Aylesbury, drove a green VolksWagen Golf while unfit to drive through drugs. Pleaded guilty. 2) Same date/ location had in his possession two deals of cannabis, a class B drug. Pleaded guilty. Disqualified from driving for 12 months, fined £225, costs £400, victim surcharge £20.

MELVIN FORD DUBLIN, 44, of Carlton Close, Aylesbury. 1) On March 25 stole meat worth £18 from Co-op, Wedgewood Street, Fairford Leys. Pleaded guilty. 2) Committed a further offence during period of a suspended sentence for an offence of theft. Admitted. Awaiting sentence.

MICHAEL PAUL EDWARDS, 49, of Conegra Court, Wycombe. On June 5 in Bishops Walk, Aylesbury, resisted a police officer in the execution of his duty. Pleaded guilty. Fined £35, criminal courts charge £150, costs £85, victim surcharge £20.

KYLE SHAUN RUSHGROVE GATELY, 25, of Haines Close, Aylesbury. On June 7 in Aylesbury criminally damaged a shop window to the value of between £600 to £800. Pleaded guilty. Twelve month community order, compensation £700, criminal courts charge £150, costs £85, victim surcharge £60.

DECLAN GILES GRANT, 21, of Montgomery Road, Caversfield, Bicester. On May 14 drove a red Vauxhall Astra in Friarage Road, Aylesbury, after consuming 80 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit is 35mgs). Disqualified from driving for 22 months, fined £325, criminal courts charge £150, costs £85, victim surcharge £33.

GRAHAM MARK MACGREGOR, 41, of Albion Street, Aylesbury. On June 8 had in his possession a small sealable plastic bag of cannabis, a class B drug. Pleaded guilty. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, criminal courts charge £180, costs £85, victim surcharge £15.
