Court round-up: Teenager attacked Aylesbury prison officers

A teenager who assaulted two prison officers appears in this week’s round-up from Aylesbury Magistrates’ Court.

OTIS ROSE, 19, of Pixey Green, Stradbrook. 1) On November 15 at HM Youth Custody Centre, Bierton Road, Aylesbury, assaulted a female prison officer in the execution of her duty. Pleaded guilty. 2) Same date/ location assaulted a male prison officer in the execution of his duty. Pleaded guilty. Must pay £150 compensation.

DESMOND TERENCE BOARD, 43, of Pennivale Close, Leighton Buzzard. On January 14 in Bicester Road, Aylesbury, drove a VW Caddy after consuming 116 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood (legal limit is 80mgs). Pleaded guilty. Disqualified from driving for three yearsm fined £400, costs £85, victim surcharge £40.

STUART HEATH, 32, of Norreys Drive, Maidenhead. 1) On January 3 in Aylesbury assaulted a male occassioning him actual bodily harm. Pleaded guilty. 2) On January 3 in Aylesbury assaulted a different male. Pleaded guilty. 3) On January 3 in Aylesbury assaulted a police officer in the execution of his duty. Pleaded guilty. Awaiting sentence.

SHBHAR HUSSAIN, 28, of Fremantle Road, Aylesbury. On February 2 in Stoke Road, Aylesbury, drove a grey Nissan X-Trail after consuming 99 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit is 35mgs). Pleaded guilty. 2) Same date/ location drove without insurance. Pleaded guilty. 3) Same date/ location drove without a licence. Pleaded guilty. Disqualified from driving for 24 months, must carry out 100 hours unpaid work, fined £240, costs £85, victim surcharge £60.

BELLA SONIA ONFROY, 43, of Carrington Road, Aylesbury. On February 24 in Aylesbury without lawful authority had in her possession a weapon designed to discharge electricity. Pleaded guilty. Awaiting sentence.

DEBORAH SHARON ALMOND, 53, of Stoke Road, Aylesbury. 1) On October 9 in Aylesbury had in her possession 0.22g of crack cocaine, a class A drug. Pleaded guilty. 2) Same date/ location had in her possession 0.09g of diamorphine, a class A drug. Pleaded guilty. Fined £150, costs £85, victim surcharge £20.

LEIGH DAVID RYAN KIRK CORNISH, 23, of Lodge Close, Padbury. On February 23 in London Road, Buckingham, was guilty, while drunk, of disorderly behaviour. Pleaded guilty. Discharged conditionally for six months, costs £85, victim surcharge £15.
