A man who stole £41 worth of food from budget supermarket Aldi features in this week’s bumper round-up from Aylesbury Magistrates’ Court.

DARREN PAUL MARTIN, 46, of Towersey Way, Aylesbury. 1) On June 5 stole food items worth £41 from Aldi, Cambridge Street. Pleaded guilty. 2) Same date, at Street Record, Mill Street, Aylesbury, assaulted a police officer in the execution of his duty. Pleaded guilty. 3) Same date, possessed four tablets of diazepam, a class C drug. Pleaded guilty. Awaiting sentence.

PETER SNELL, 26, of Palmer Avenue, Aylesbury. On April 29 made indirect contact with a named woman which he was prohibited from doing by a restraining order imposed by Aylesbury Magistrates’ Court. Pleaded not guilty, found guilty. Awaiting sentence.

THOMAS CARTWRIGHT, 24, of Giffard Way, Long Crendon. On May 17 failed to give information – having been required to do so by police – relating to the identification of the driver a vehicle who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. Pleaded guilty. Licence endorsed with six points, fined £400, criminal courts charge £150, costs £85, victim surcharge £40.

KEVIN MARTIN JOHN McCRUDDEN, 34, of Irving Path, Aylesbury. On June 22 at Irving Path had in his possession a quantity of cannabis, a class B drug. Pleaded guilty. Awaiting sentence.

SHANE PATRICK JOHN CHAPMAN, 51, of Melbourne Close, Aylesbury. On January 22 at Aqua Vale swimming pool assaulted a male. Pleaded guilty. Fined £50, compensation £100, costs £500, victim surcharge £20.

AARON THOMAS BRAMFORD, 26, care of Coventon Road, Aylesbury. 1) On June 24 drove a Ford Focus in Coldharbour Way, Aylesbury, after consuming 52 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit is 35mgs). Pleaded guilty. 2) Same date/ location drove without insurance. Pleaded guilty. 3) Same date/ location drove without a licence. Pleaded guilty. Awaiting sentence.

LEWIS GREG MITCHELL, 36, of Coxhill Way, Aylesbury. 1) On June 23 stole various meat products worth £30 from Co-op, Walton Court, Aylesbury. Pleaded guilty. 2) Same date, at Aylesbury Police Station, had in his possession a small bag of cannabis, a class B drug. Pleaded guilty. Must carry out 100 hours of unpaid work, criminal courts charge £180, costs £85, compensation £30.

AARON GLEN PATRICK REDDAN, 23, of Prebendal Avenue, Aylesbury. On June 2 at Prebendal Avenue, had in his possession two tablets of methylenedioxmethylamphetamine, a class A drug. Pleaded guilty. Fined £110, criminal courts charge £180, costs £85, victim surcharge £20.

LYNN WESTHEAD, 39, of RAF Halton. On June 14 in London Road assaulted a police officer in the execution of his duty. Pleaded guilty. Must carry out 80 hours unpaid work, criminal courts charge £150, costs £85, victim surcharge £60, compensation £50.

PATRICK CHARLES EDWARD GREEN, 49, of Lautrec Way, Aylesbury. On April 8 on the A41 between Waddesdon and Aylesbury, drove a BMW after consuming 46 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit is 35mgs). Pleaded guilty. Disqualified from driving for 12 months, fined £110, costs £85, victim surcharge £20.

DANNY MULCAHY, 30, of Prebendal Avenue, Aylesbury. 1) On November 1 assaulted a female. Pleaded guilty. 2) Same date, drove a Vauxhall Astra in Old Stoke Road without due care and attention. Pleaded guilty. Six month community order, fined £50, costs £650, compensation £150, victim surcharge £60, licence endorsed with three points.

RACHEL ASHBY, 22, of Carlton Close, Aylesbury. 1) On July 4 at Carlton Close assaulted two female police officers in the execution of their duty. Pleaded guilty. 2)Committed a further offence during operational period of suspended sentence for an offence of conspire/ robbery. Awaiting sentence.

MELISSA LEE LEWIS, 47, of Griffin Lane, Aylesbury. On December 17 stole alcohol worth £94 from Tesco. Pleaded guilty. Fined £110, costs £85, victim surcharge £20.

ROBERT PAUL ROWE, 33, care of Pightle Crescent, Buckingham. On July 6 in Weedon Road failed to stop a blue Ford Focus which he was driving when required to do by a constable in uniform. Pleaded guilty. Fined £73, costs £85, criminal courts charge £150, victim surcharge £20.

MICHAEL THORPE, 19, of Beech Green, Aylesbury. On March 27 in Penn Road, assaulted a female. Pleaded guilty. Awaiting sentence.
