A man who pleaded guilty to a range of motoring offences appears in this week’s round-up from Aylesbury Magistrates’ Court.

PETER ROBERT SMALLBONE, 47, of Coxhill Way, Aylesbury. 1) On September 18 drove a Citroen C4 dangerously on Oxford Road, Fowler Road, Churchill Avenue and numerous other roads to an unnamed road adjacent to Bourg Walk. Pleaded guilty. 2) Same date, failed to provide a specimen of breath for analysis. Pleaded guilty. 3) Same date, had in his possession a quantity of cocaine, a class A drug. Pleaded guilty. 4) Same date, failed to stop Citroen C4 when asked to do so by a police officer. Pleaded guilty. Awaiting sentence.

CALUM HOWARD, 22, of Wycombe Road, Princes Risborough. On August 8 stole a bottle of wine and other assorted goods from Tesco, Longwick Road, Princes Risborough. Pleaded guilty. Fined £133, criminal courts charge £150, costs £85, victim surcharge £20.

LEE DAVID MEAD, 34, care of White Leaf Centre, Aylesbury. On Between April 7 and April 9 in Aylesbury, criminally damaged a garden fence and gate. Pleaded guilty. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, compensation £300, costs £85, victim surcharge £15.

NADINE ELGUMATI, 29, of Irving Drive, Stoke Mandeville. On August 3, 2014 in Aylesbury, together with Toni Lee Samuda (see below), assaulted a female. Pleaded not guilty, found guilty., Fined £635, costs £620, compensation £100, victim surcharge £64.

TONI LEE SAMUDA, 28, of Well Meadow, Aylesbury. On August 3, 2014, in Aylesbury, together with Nadine Elgumati, assaulted a female. Pleaded not guilty, found guilty. Fined £300, costs £620, compensation £100, victim surcharge £30.

SHAH JAHAN BADSHAH, 20, of Viridian Square, Aylesbury. On November 9 at Aylesbury Police Station had in his possession a snap bag of cannabis, a class B drug. Pleaded guilty. Fined £80, criminal courts charge £180, costs £85, victim surcharge £20.

MIHAIL NASTASE, 26, of Ellerton Road, Dagenham. On October 4 in Buckingham Street, Aylesbury, without lawful excuse, damaged the front passenger door of a taxi to the value of £250. Pleaded guilty. Fined £230, compensation £150, criminal courts charge £150, costs £85, victim surcharge £23.

BLAKE ANTHONY ROLFE, 22, of Lime Road, Princes Risborough. On November 7 in Aylesbury, failed without reasonable excuse to provide a specimen of blood for analysis during course of police investigation. Pleaded guilty. Disqualified from driving for 14 months, fined £300, criminal courts charge £150, costs £85, victim surcharge £30.

SHARLEEN LOUISE ALLEN, 35, of Albert Road, West Drayton. 1) On March 21 at Church Road, Slapton, being the occupier of the premises, knowingly permitted the production of cannabis on the premises. Pleaded guilty. 2) Same date/ location dishonestly caused to be wasted or diverted a quantity of electricity. Pleaded guilty. Awaiting sentence.

AKOBUNDU IGWILO, 22, of Hunter Street, Buckingham. 1) On October 24 in Buckingham drove a silver Mercedes after consuming 61 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit is 35mgs). Pleaded guilty. 2) Same date/ location drove without insurance. Pleaded guilty. Fined £90.
