A man who stole meat from three different stores in Aylesbury appears in this week’s round-up from the magistrates’ court.

ANTHONY OPENSHAW, 27, of Keats Close, Aylesbury. 1) On August 13 stole meat worth £50 from One Stop shop, Aylesbury. Pleaded guilty. 2) On January 20 stole meat from Budgens, Aylesbury. Pleaded guilty. 3) On January 24 stole meat from Waitrose, Aylesbury. Pleaded guilty. 4) On February 22 failed without reasonable excuse to surrender to the magistrates’ court, having been released on bail. Pleaded guilty. Community order made. Fined £50, compensation £150, costs £85, victim surcharge £60.

OMAR SHAH, 22, of Havelock Street, Aylesbury. On October 10 in New Street, Aylesbury, had in his possession a quantity of cannabis, a class B drug. Pleaded guilty. Fined £65, costs £85, victim surcharge £20.

AARON PAUL JASON BARNBROOK, 27, of Friarscroft Way, Aylesbury. On January 30 in Kingsbury, Aylesbury, assaulted a police officer in the execution of her duty. Pleaded guilty. Fined £200, compensation £100, costs £85, victim surcharge £20.

SHARON IRENE BOYT, 52, of Pixie Road, Aylesbury. On January 10 in Jackson Road, Aylesbury, drove a Ford Ka after consuming 89 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit is 35mgs). Pleaded guilty. Disqualified from driving for 22 months, fined £275, costs £85, victim surcharge £28.

ANDREW DAVID CARTER, 48, of Ailward Road, Aylesbury. On December 3 in Aylesbury had in his possession a quantity of cannabis, a class B drug. Pleaded guilty. Fined £155, costs £85, victim surcharge £20.

KIRSTY PHILLIPS, 28, of Balfour Way, Aylesbury. On January 9 in Aylesbury assaulted a female by punching her with her right hand and making contact with her cheek. Pleaded guilty. Community order made. Must pay £150 compensation, costs £85, victim surcharge £60.

STEVEN DANIEL STANBROOK, 24, of Bushmead Road, Whitchurch. 1) On January 5 in Gilmore Road and Elmhurst Road, Aylesbury, drove a silver Ford Focus dangerously. Pleaded guilty. 2) Same date, had in his possession a quantity of cannabis, a class B drug. Pleaded guilty. Awaiting sentence for count (1). For count (2) fined £80, costs £85, victim surcharge £20.

KEVIN PETER OLLIFFE, 34, of North Street, Leighton Buzzard. On January 14 in Aylesbury stole a bicycle and mobile telephone. Pleaded guilty. Fined £40, costs £85, victim surcharge £20.
