A man who illegally sold tissues on a train appears in this week’s round-up from Aylesbury Magistrates’ Court.

MENIX SALI, 40, of Braemar Avenue, London. On April 28 in Aylesbury, while on a railway and without the written permission of the operator, sold tissues. Pleaded guilty. Fined £100, criminal courts charge £150, costs £85, victim surcharge £20.

ASIM MAHMOOD SIDDIQUE, 32, of Chiltern Street, Aylesbury. Five times between November and December 2014 dishonestly made off without having paid for a total of £205 worth of unleaded petrol from Shell garage, Longwick. Pleaded guilty. Fined £370, compensation £205, costs £85, victim surcharge £20. Magistrates did not make a driving disqualification order due to Siddique’s need to have his vehicle due to his disabilities.

JAMIE STALEY, 37, of Hampden Gardens, Aylesbury. On April 21 in Poets Chase, Aylesbury, had in his possession 1.14 grams of MCAT, a class B drug. Pleaded guilty. Fined £65, criminal courts charge £150, costs £85, victim surcharge £20.

RYAN JOSEPH BRODERICK, 23, of Wingate Walk, Aylesbury. 1) On four occasions between January and August 2014, breached a restraining order by approaching, telephoning and going to the address of a female which he prohibited from contacting. 2) Committed a further offence during a suspended sentence for harassment. 3) On June 1 in Wingate Walk criminally damaged a TV and fence panel belonging to Living Horizon. Pleaded guilty. Awaiting sentence for counts (1) and (2). For count (3), fined £155, criminal courts charge £150, costs £85, victim surcharge £20.

KEVIN McCRUDDEN, 34, of Irving Path, Aylesbury. On February 21 assaulted a male in Kingsbury, Aylesbury. Pleaded guilty. Awaiting sentence.

JANE CLARE ROBERTS, 36, of Lowe Gardens, Old Stoke Road, Aylesbury. Between February 10 and 11 2014 stole £160 in cash and vouchers worth £1,750 from Waitrose, Aylesbury, where she was an employee. Pleaded guilty. Awaiting sentence.

CHRIS DAVID ANDREWS, 33, of Friars Furlong, Long Crendon. 1) On May 14 in Aylesbury assaulted a female. Pleaded guilty. 2) Same date criminally damaged a white Samsung mobile phone to the value of £100 belonging to the same female. Pleaded guilty. Fined £320, compensation £100, criminal courts charge £150, costs £85, victim surcharge £32.

AUREL MANGU, 47, of Ruskin Way, Aylesbury. On December 20 drove a Renault in Walton Street, Aylesbury, after consuming 89 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Pleaded guilty. Disqualified from driving for 22 months, fined £193, costs £400, victim surcharge £20.

NATALIE HAMPTON, 30, of Lansdowne Road, Aylesbury. Between February 22 and February 23 2015, persistently made use of a public electronic communications network for the purpose of causing annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety to another. Pleaded guilty. Awaiting sentence.

PRZEMYSLAW NADOLSKI, 36, of Queen Street, Waddesdon. On May 12 drove a blue BMW 320i on the A41, Waddesdon, after consuming 119 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit is 35mgs). Pleaded guilty. Must carry out 120 hours of unpaid work, disqualified from driving for 24 months, criminal courts charge £150, costs £85, victim surcharge £60.

CHAD SMITH, 37, of Nightingale Road, Aylesbury. On March 18 in Emperors Lounge, Aylesbury, assaulted a male occasioning ABH. Pleaded guilty. Must carry out 200 hours unpaid work, compensation £400, costs £85, victim surcharge £60.
