A man who was given a restraining order by Aylesbury magistrates appears in this week’s round-up from the court.

MICHAEL EDWARD FRANKS, 37, of The Crescent, Pitstone. On September 12 at Dover Close, Pitstone, used threatening words/ behaviour likely to cause alarm/ distress. Pleaded guilty. Restraing order made. Fined £115, criminal courts charge £150, costs £85, victim surcharge £20.

TRACEY DALEY, 48, of Buckingham Road, Aylesbury. On November 21 in Buckingham Road, Aylesbury, was guilty, while drunk, of disorderly behaviour in a public place. Pleaded guilty. Fined £50, criminals courts charge £150, costs £85, victim surcharge £20.

RICHARD MICHAEL MAGUIRE, 27, of West Passage, Tring. On November 21 on Church Hill, Cheddington, drove a black BMW 323 after consuming 85 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit is 35mgs). Pleaded guilty. Disqualified from driving for 20 months, fined £200, criminal courts charge £150, costs £85,, victim surcharge £20.

ELLISA CHARLOTTE JOSEPH, 24, of Pightle Crescent, Buckingham. 1) On May 29 in Buckingham dishonestly assisted in the handling of stolen goods, namely an Apple iPod. Pleaded guilty. 2) Same date/ location dishonestly assisted in the handling of stolen goods, namely a Makita drill and a Makita jigsaw. Pleaded guilty. Fined £160, criminal courts charge £180, costs £85, victim surcharge £20.
