A man who pleaded guilty to assault at a Wetherspoon pub in Aylesbury is featured in this week’s round-up from the magistrates’ court.

CHRIS PAYNE, 42, of Holly Drive, Aylesbury. On May 17 at the White Hart pub, Exchange Street, Aylesbury, assaulted a male. Pleaded guilty. Must carry out 140 hours of unpaid work, compensation £50, costs £85, criminal courts charge £150, victim surcharge £60.

YVETTE MAXWELL, 46, of Culpepper Close, Aylesbury. On May 14 in the Bell pub, Market Square, Aylesbury, was guilty, while drunk, of disorderly behaviour. Pleaded guilty. Fined £75, costs £60, criminal courts charge £150, victim surcharge £20.

ROBERT MYRES, 25, of New Road, Drayton Parslow. 1) On January 29 in Drayton Parslow stole Xbox One and Xbox 360 games worth £150. Pleaded guilty. 2) Committed a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge imposed for three counts of theft. Admitted. Awaiting sentence.

TYLER PRESCOTT SIMMONS, 19, of Castle Street, Aylesbury. On February 19 stole a bottle of vodka worth £38 from Tesco, Tring Road, Aylesbury. Pleaded guilty. Fined £90, costs £200, victim surcharge £20.

ANTHONY AARON ALTENOR, 32, of Hamble Drive, Aylesbury. 1) On May 9 in Aylesbury had in his possession a quantity of cannabis, a class B drug. Pleaded guilty. 2) Same date, drove a blue Vauxhall Zafira in Meadowcroft, Aylesbury, without insurance. Pleaded guilty. 3) Same date/ location drove without licence. Pleaded guilty. Licence endorsed with six points, fined £235, costs £85, criminal courts charge £150, victim surcharge £20.

JOHN BUTLER, 47, of Coppice Way, Aylesbury. On May 19 drove a Ford Transit Connect in Coppice Way, Aylesbury, after consuming 42 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit is 35mgs). Pleaded guilty. Disqualified from driving for 14 months, fined £395, costs £85, criminal courts charge £150, victim surcharge £40.

KRISTINA NAJIM, 33, of Windrush Court, Wycombe. On May 24 drove a Vauxhall Corsa in Torridge Road, Aylesbury, after consuming 108 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit is 35mgs). Pleaded guilty. Must carry out 100 hours of unpaid work, disqualified from driving for 25 months, costs £85, criminal courts charge £150, victim surcharge £60.

LESLEY SWAFFIELD, 57, of High Street, Westcott. On May 22 stole numerous food items, worth £150, from Morrisons, Aylesbury. Pleaded guilty. Fined £80, costs £85, criminal courts charge £150, victim surcharge £20.

DOMINIC JAMES CLARKE, 32, of Suffolk Close, Bletchley. On May 21 stole sandwiches and drinks worth £5 from Tesco, Aylesbury. Pleaded guilty. Awaiting sentence.

MYLES MCDONNELL, 38, of Pershore Way, Aylesbury. On December 5 failed without reasonable excuse to provide a specimen of blood for testing in the course of a drink-drive investigation. Pleaded guilty. Disqualified from driving for 12 months, fined £385, costs £85, victim surcharge £39.
