A 51-year-old man who assaulted a PCSO, criminally damaged police cells and caused a disturbance at the Whiteleaf Centre appears in this week’s round-up from Aylesbury Magistrates’ Court.

NIGEL BENN, 51, of no fixed abode. 1) On April 11 in Aylesbury assaulted a PCSO in the execution of her duty. Pleaded guilty. 2) Same date, used threatening words/ behaviour causing alarm/ distress. Pleaded guilty. 3) Same date, at Aylesbury Police Station, criminally damaged Cell 9 to a value unknown. Pleaded guilty. 4) On April 19 at the Whiteleaf Centre, caused nuisance or disturbance to an NHS staff member and refused to leave when asked to do so by a police constable. Pleaded guilty. 4) Same date, at Aylesbury Police Station, criminally damaged Cell 21 to the value of £80. Pleaded guilty. Community order made with rehabilitation activity requirement. Compensation £210, victim surcharge £85, costs £85.

SIMON GEORGE EDWARDS, 49, of no fixed abode. 1) On February 17 in Meadowcroft, Aylesbury, used threatening words/ behaviour likely to cause alarm/ distress. Pleaded guilty. 2) On February 9 in Exchange Street, Aylesbury, used threatening words/ disorderly behaviour likely to cause alarm/ distress. Pleaded guilty. Fined £60, victim surcharge £20.

SAM HARRIS, 19, of Chaloner Place, Aylesbury. On February 19 in Aylesbury stole three rings to the value of £1,300. Pleaded guilty. Awaiting sentence.

JOHNATHEN ASHLEY WILLIAMS, 32, of Haslerig Close, Aylesbury. 1) On October 18 on Ambleside, Aylesbury, drove while disqualified. Pleaded guilty. 2) Same date, drove without insurance. Pleaded guilty. Awaiting sentence.

ADAM BALL, 43, of Rosebery Road, Aston Clinton. On March 27 in Aylesbury resisted a police constable in the execution of his duty. Pleaded guilty. Fined £130, costs £85, victim surcharge £20.

ADAM JOHN PAUL BARNBROOK, 26, of Meadowcroft, Aylesbury. On January 30 in Aylesbury assaulted a male. Pleaded guilty. Fined £120, costs £85, victim surcharge £20.

JAMES EDWARD LEWIS, 28, of Tindal Centre, Bierton Road, Aylesbury. 1) On March 9 at Tindal Centre assaulted a male. Pleaded guilty. 2) On March 9 at Tindal Centre assaulted a different male. Pleaded guilty. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, costs £85.

MARK JONATHAN RICHARDS, 29, care of Pitters Piece, Long Crendon. On February 27 at Aylesbury Police Station, failed to provide a specimen of blood and urine for analysis in course of an investigation. Pleaded guilty. Disqualified from driving for three years, fined £385, costs £85, victim surcharge £39.

MAX JOHN ROBERT BILLINGHAM, 20, of Oxford Road, Stone. On March 10 sent a number of electronic messages which were grossly offensive or of an indecent or menacing character. Pleaded guilty. Discharged conditionally for two years, costs £85, victim surcharge £15.

KENNETH GEORGE DOWIE, 30, of no fixed abode. 1) On April 18 stole DVDs worth £134 from Tesco, Tring Road, Aylesbury. Pleaded guilty. 2) On February 21 stole meat products worth £86 from Co-op, Aylesbury. Fined £80, compensation £86, costs £85, victim surcharge £20.

LIAM THOMAS ROOFE, 30, of Michaels Mews, Aylesbury. On April 11 drove a blue Peugeot in Churchill Avenue, Aylesbury, after consuming 55 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit is 35mgs). Pleaded guilty. Disqualified from driving for 14 months, fined £325, costs £80, victim surcharge £33.
