A man who was found guilty of assaulting a woman at a town nightclub is featured in this week’s round-up from Aylesbury Magistrates’ Court.
WILLIE RANDALL PERRY, 45, of Bicester Road, Aylesbury. On November 29 at Fever and Boutique, Kingsbury, Aylesbury, assaulted a female. Pleaded not guilty, found guilty. Must carry out 250 hours of unpaid work, pay £500 compensation, costs £620, victim surcharge £60.
C-JAY CARROLL, 18, of Vicarage Lane, Steeple Claydon. On April 5 at Roosters, Buckingham, assaulted a police officer in the execution of his duty. Pleaded guilty. Must carry out 40 hours unpaid work, costs £85, victim surcharge £60.
JADE FEASEY, 24, of Avalon Street, Aylesbury. On November 14 in Cambridge Street, Aylesbury, assaulted a female. Pleaded guilty. Fined £215, costs £85, compensation £100, victim surcharge £22.
MICHAEL KYLE KEEN, 26, of Collington Road, Aylesbury. 1) On April 5 in Tring Road, Aylesbury, drove a Renault Clio after consuming 64 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit is 35mgs). Pleaded guilty. 2)Same date/ location drove without insurance. Pleaded guilty. 3) Same date/ location drove without a licence. Pleaded guilty. Disqualified from driving for 36 months, fined £745, costs £85, victim surcharge £32.
ANDREW PETER ROBINSON, 46, of no fixed abode. On March 30 refused to leave area in front of Morrisons in Aylesbury when requested to do so by a manager, which he was prohibited from doing by an anti-social behaviour order. Pleaded guilty. Awaiting sentence.
MOHAMMED IBTASAM AWAN, 20, of Narbeth Drive, Aylesbury. 1) On January 26 took a Ford Focus without the owner’s consent, and before it was recovered, damage was caused to it and the vehicle was driven dangerously in Bicester Road, Aylesbury. Pleaded guilty. 2) Same date/ location drove without insurance. Awaiting sentence.
GRAHAM LESTER FREE, 42, of Queen Street, Aylesbury. 1) On April 5 at the Green Man pub, Market Square, assaulted a male. Pleaded guilty. 2) Same date/ location, assaulted a female. Pleaded guilty. Awaiting sentence.
JASON JONES, 39, of South Elmshall, Wakefield. On March 14 at Fever and Boutique nightclub, Aylesbury, had in his possession an offensive weapon, namely an adapted corkscrew. Pleaded guilty. Awaiting sentence.
CLAIRE LORRAINE LASNER, 35, of Overn Close, Buckingham. 1) On March 14 in Moreton Road, Buckingham, was guilty, while drunk, of disorderly behaviour. Pleaded guilty. 2) Same date/ location assaulted a police officer in the execution of his duty. Pleaded guilty. 3) Same date/ location assaulted a PCSO assisting a constable in the execution of his duty. Pleaded guilty. Awaiting sentence.
MELISSA LEE LEWIS, 47, of Hartwell End, Aylesbury. On July 10 stole a bottle of whisky worth £38 from Sainsbury’s, Aylesbury. Pleaded guilty. Fined £75, compensation £38, costs £85, victim surcharge £20.
PAUL CHRISTOPHER CURRAN, 52, of Penn Road, Aylesbury. Between February 14 and September 21 at Wooburn Green, contacted a female individual by text and phone calls which he was prohibited from doing by a restraining order. Pleaded guilty. Awaiting sentence.
JACQUELINE TURNER, 56, of Spinney Bungalows, Slapton. Between July 2012 and September 2013 failed to promptly notify authorities of a change of circumstances which she knew would affect her entitlement to employment support allowance, council tax benefit and housing benefit, namely that she was living together as husband and wife. Pleaded guilty. Given three week curfew. She must remain at home from Wednesday to Sunday between noon and midnight until July 23, 2015. Also must pay £250 costs and £60 victim surcharge.
