A man who has been ordered to undertake 100 hours of unpaid work for criminal damage features in this week’s round-up from Aylesbury Magistrates’ Court.
TALIB HUSSAIN, 35, of Blackwater Drive, Aylesbury. On September 30 in Eaton Road, Aylesbury, criminally damaged a white Ford Transit van. Pleaded guilty. Must carry out 100 hours of unpaid work, criminal courts charge £150, costs £85, victim surcharge £60.
JAMIE ANDREW HILL, 31, of The Island, Steeple Claydon. On July 14 in Main Street, Adstock, drove a Honda Civic after consuming 255 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood (legal limit is 80mgs). Pleaded guilty. Awaiting sentence.
MARIS ROSLAKOVS, 35, of Frome Close, Aylesbury. On October 14 in Brunel Road, Aylesbury, drove a Honda Fireblade after consuming 40 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit is 35mgs). Pleaded guilty. Disqualified from driving for 12 months, fined £415, criminal courts charge £150, costs £85, victim surcharge £42.
HICHAM ZINE, 37, of Elmhurst Road, Aylesbury. 1) On April 25 in Aylesbury used threatening words/ behaviour with intent to cause a male individual alarm/ distress. Pleaded guilty. 2) Same date used threatening words/ behaviour likely to cause alarm/ distress. Pleaded guilty. Fined £80, criminal courts charge £150, compensation £100,, victim surcharge £20.
