Bucks Fire and Rescue Service has announced details of two further strikes over the New Year period.
The strikes, part of a dispute over pay and pensions, will take place from 6.30pm on New Year’s Eve until 12.30am on New Year’s Day and again from 6.30am to 8.30am on Friday January 3.
Bucks Fire and Rescue have said they have contingency plans in place to deal with industrial action, plans which were successfully put in place during strikes earlier this year.
Emergency calls where lives are at risk will be the ones prioritised.
The New Year strikes come just a week after a five-hour walkout by firefighters on Christmas Eve.
During that strike, firefighters attended one incident, after a car got stuck in floodwater in Saunderton.
