Firefighters rescued a cat from the loft of a bungalow in Princes Risborough last night (Tuesday) after it was trapped following some building work.
A crew from Princes Risborough fire station were called to a Red Kite Housing Association property in Berryfield Road at around 11.20pm.
A fire service spokesman said: “Work had been taking place at the bungalow to fit a soffit board in the loft.

“The cat was obviously of an inquisitive nature, had a look and got trapped in the loft.”
The spokesman added the rescue was relatively straightforward with crews only having to use a ladder to reach the trapped moggy.
