More than 30 cannabis plants have been seized from a house in Princes Risborough.

Thames Valley Police officers discovered a cannabis factory at the property in Culverton Hill, Princess Risborough, at about 3.45pm on Monday.

The plants were removed from the property for destruction.

A 28-year-old man from Princes Risborough was arrested on suspicion of producing a controlled drug Class B and released on police bail until 30 September 2015.

Sgt James Benfield from Princes Risborough Neighbourhood Policing Team said: “Police officers were called to the property in Culverton Hill at about 3.45pm on Monday.

“On arrival they discovered about 30 cannabis plants being grown inside using a soil-free hydroponics system.

“The plants and equipment were seized by police and will be destroyed.

“Anyone with concerns or information about drug cultivation in their area can contact their neighbourhood policing team on the Thames Valley non-emergency number 101.”
