Bucks council offers training on breaking bad news

Councillors have received training on how to deliver bad news about cutbacks to members of the public.

The session for members of Bucks County Council focused on 'top tips and useful practice in how to give difficult messages to both friendly and challenging audiences', according to deputy leader Cllr Bill Chapple.

Bucks County Council is having to make massive spending cuts which total more than 30 million.
