Aylesbury MP supports Autism Bill

AYLESBURY MP David Lidington said he was glad to see that the Autism Bill was supported in Parliament last week

The Bill aims to improve healthcare provision for those who suffer from the condition.

The Government's attempt to talk out the legislation did not succeed as cross-party support saw the Bill progress to committee stage.

Mr Lidington said:

"Many of my constituents have contacted me regarding this matter and I am glad to see the Bill get through with the support of MPs from all parties".

"My own experience of dealing with constituency cases has taught me how needed this legislation is. If this Bill gets through I'm sure that it will make a real difference too many people affected by the disorder".

Are you or your family affected by autism?
