Armed Forces Day: Show support for our troops at Saturday’s celebration

A day dedicated to thanking British troops and their families is taking place this Saturday.

Current and former servicemen and women will be honoured at the Buckinghamshire and Milton Keynes Armed Forces Day with a celebration at Aylesbury Rugby Club in Weston Turville.

It’s set to be a fun family day out with live music, craft stalls and other activities as well as a fly past by WW2 vintage Spitfire and Hurricane fighter planes.

The air show will be the highlight of the event, with P51 Mustang, RV8tors, Calidus autogyro, Extra 330 aerobatics, Aerosuperbatics and Stearman Wingwalker.

All armed forces servicemen current and previous and their families are invited to contact the local branch of the Royal British Legion for details about free tickets.
