The Vale has been gripped by World Cup fever since the tournament started last week.
One Aylesbury street has taken the excitement to a whole new level and has found a novel place to watch the action - outside in the front garden.
Jade Elston, who lives in Selkirk Avenue and is pictured left holding the England flag said: “It was my parents idea to take the television outside.
“We got some food and drink and invited some friends and neighbours around.
“It did get a bit chilly because we sat outside watching the England game until 1am.
“We lit a bonfire to help keep us warm.”
Jade, 22, who works at Avondale Care Home in Aylesbury said: “We are planning to sit outside for the rest of the tournament and cheer on England.
“I think they could do better than people expect and I think they will reach the semi-finals.”
