All the signs show that Aylesbury's Melissa and Miles are a perfect match

A DEAF couple from Aylesbury are to tie the knot this autumn, with a little help from a local wedding planner who will be helping the couple through with sign language.

Melissa Mostyn, who was rendered deaf after contracting meningitis as a baby, will be marrying Miles Thomas - whose hearing slowly deteriorated after contracting meningitis as a boy.

Established wedding planner Clare Beckwith, from Puttenham, has been helping the couple plan their wedding.

On the big day, Mrs Beckwith and a team of staff will be serving wedding guests using a basic form of sign language.

The artistic couple have also come up with an autumnal theme; the

bride has designed her own dress, the bridesmaids' dresses and the page boy outfits.

The groom designed all the stationery and the wedding cake, which

promises to be a feast.

The couple tie the knot on October 25.
