THE body of a 22-year-old Wingrave man was discovered this morning, more than two days after he was involved in a car crash.
Police are now appealing for witnesses to the collision on the A418 near Lower Wingbury.

A white Nissan Micra was discovered this morning (19/5) in a field off the A418.

The road, between Wingrave crossroads and Wing, was closed for around four and a half hours while emergency services attended the scene and police carried out their investigation.

PC Dave Black, leading the investigation, said: "I am appealing for any witnesses to the collision or anyone who may have seen the white Nissan Micra travelling along the A418 late on Friday (16/5) or the early hours of Saturday (17/5) to come forward as their information could be vital to police enquiries."

Anyone with any information regarding the incident or witnessed the collision is advised to contact PC Black at Aylesbury Roads Policing department via the 24-hour non-emergency number 0845 8 505 505. If you do not want to talk to the police call the Crimestoppers charity anonymously via 0800 555 111.
