BURGLARS stole a mobile phone from a property in Buckland, Aylesbury, on Friday.
Between 8.15pm and 10pm criminals gained entry to a house by smashing a window in the back door and carried out an untidy search of the property.

PC Leanne Baker, leading the investigation, said: "I am appealing for anyone who saw anyone acting suspiciously in the area, witnessed the burglary or has any information, as their information could be vital to police enquiries."

PC Baker can be contacted at Aylesbury police station via the 24-hour Police Enquiry Centre on 0845 8 505 505.

If you don't want to talk to police or give your name, call the Crimestoppers charity on 0800 555 111.
