THERE is little change at the top in the Vale following last night's Annual Council meeting.
John Cartwright is to remain as leader of Aylesbury Vale District Council whilst Netta Glover will continue in her post as chairman.
There was only one change with Janet Blake taking over the role of vice-chair from David Smith.

The cabinet will also stay the same.

Cllr Glover reflected on the last year as chairman. She said: "One of the things that really impresses you is the number of good young people in the Vale. They far out number the thugs, but they do such wonderful work."

Cllr Cartwright said: "I look forward to an exciting year. Being leader is good and bad at the same time. There are some very good times, but there are times when I think 'do I need this?' but at the end of the day I love working for people and especially for Aylesbury."
