A dismembered body found buried in a back garden in Drayton Parslow is that of missing pensioner Samuel Alexander, tests have shown.
Police confirmed this morning (Tuesday) that dental records revealed the human remains found in Prospect Close are those of Mr Alexander, 70.

The former lecturer had not been seen since September, and last week an inquest heard that the corpse had been cut into pieces and buried under several layers of concrete.

Mr Alexander's son, Mark Alexander, 22, of Fleet Street, London, has been charged with murder, and two counts of perverting the course of justice.
