Aylesbury woman given ASBO

AN Aylesbury woman has been an Anti-Social Behaviour Order by Magistrates' following a number of complaints by members of the public.
Diane Horton, 40, of Vale House, Fowler Road will now be prohibited from being intoxicated in a public place and using abusive language or behaviour in public, under the terms of her ASBO which will remain in place until March 15, 2010.
Magistrates' heard how Horton had displayed drunken behaviour in public and caused harassment, alarm and distress to members of the community.
