Started by East End London entrepreneur Arthur Withers – a boy who literally started his life in a cardboard box, then became a business success – Southern Fried Chicken is becoming a global brand. Back in England, it is opening up franchises around the country from its Reading base.

The instablogger has some firm favourites from the tasty menu. He loves the crispy fried chicken and gravy in a bap, the peri peri wings and burgers – but be warned, he says even the medium is SPICY – but there is so much more to love whatever your tastebuds delight in.
