ELO tribute packed with hits coming to Aylesbury

Back in the 1970s and '80s, Jeff Lynne and the Electric Light Orchestra gave us some of the best songs ever recorded on vinyl – Mr Blue Sky, Sweet Talking Woman, Turn To Stone, Hold on Tight, Rock n Roll is King, Evil Woman, All Over The World, Confusion, Don't Bring Me Down and many more.

Now a group of experienced guys have come together to re-create the fabulous sounds of the Electric Light Orchestra and you can catch them at the Civic Centre in Aylesbury on Friday June 26.

The ELO Experience is fronted by Andy Louis, lead vocals and rhythm guitar. Not only does he have a voice that is very similar to that of Jeff Lynne, he also has a real passion for the music, and has studied the phrasing of every line.

Steve Hemsley is in charge of keyboards and the all-important special effects. He captures the true sound of ELO and is a first class musician with a great track record both in the studio and on stage. Pete Allison on bass, Dave Wilkinson on lead guitar, and drummer Tony Lawson complete the line up.

If you enjoy live music, this show is a must. You will be amazed at how many of these fantastic songs you will remember. Singing and dancing is guaranteed!

Tickets are on sale now at the Civic Centre box office on 01296 486009.
