THAT is what Aylesbury and Bourg-en-Bresse should be doing according to Alastair Harrison
After reading your article about reviving support and interest in Aylesbury's twin town partnership with Bourg-en-Bresse and following the list of suggestions for the naming of the new railway bridge - why not use the opportunity to symbolically 'bridge the gap'and call it 'The Bourg Walk'? I am sure both young and old Aylesburians and our French companions would welcome the gesture!

Nicholas Rothschild from Winchendon writes: "I just read Mr Harrison's suggestion that the new bridge should be called 'The Bourg Walk' and think it is a fantastic idea - the name will never age and the people of Bourg En Bresse will be very flattered. At last, some inspired thinking!"

Do you agree with Mr Harrison and Mr Rothschild?
