OUR correspondent is incensed by the spiralling cost of Aylesbury Theatre...
I was utterly appalled at the content of your recent article in relation to the spiralling costs of the new Aylesbury theatre, and incensed by the glib comments of Cllr Cartwright in relation to an estimated cost over run of some £15 millions.

As to the published explanation afforded by Cllr Morgan-owen, it was complete gobbledegook.

What on earth is going on here.

If this had taken place in the private sector, those responsible for such a fiasco would have been sacked.

To this end perhaps the Bucks Herald could publish a list of those party to this project, so that we, the tax payers, whose money is being used to fund this white elephant will know where to place their "X" at the next round of council elections.

What a shambles, what a complete and utter shambles.

M.Hill
Aylesbury.

Has the theatre over-spend angered you?
