Anyone at other end of help button?

I PARK in the Friarscroft Car Park, which boasts a newly-installed "Help Button Facility" (presumably as an aid to those in distress).
This "Help" button has been flashing and making a noise for the past three weeks and yet Aylesbury Vale District Council Parking Services apparently knew nothing about it until I rang today to ask when someone would be coming to fix it.

They must, at the very least, employ deaf parking attendants as the noise can be clearly heard on approaching the site.

This does not bode well for anyone who may find themselves in trouble in this car park, methinks.

If this button was pressed in an emergency is there anyone at the other end to respond to this call for help?

Aylesbury Vale District Council Parking Services clearly had no idea that the alarm had been sounding for nearly THREE WEEKS!

Clearly our money has, yet again, been spent on another useless bit of technology that nobody takes any notice of … and why, pray, when the days are getting longer and the summer approaching, are they suddenly having new lights fitted in this aforementioned car park?!

The existing lights are perfectly good – certainly more effective than the "Help Button"!!!
