I have been going to zoomania for a number of years as my eldest is 6yrs old, my youngest is now 2 and just recently I have NOT been impressed! The place seems to be grubby and dirty, high chairs are always sticky and not cleaned properly, since they have changed the under 2's section the seating area in general is a lot more cramped and if you bring a pushchair in with you, you are well and truly stuffed, no room to move! Not only have they increased the prices, they are now charging for 'additional' adults, this has disgusted me, I will never understand why these type of places charge for adults when it's the ADULTS that spend money in the cafe while the kids play!! Last but not least, the toilets, have been for sometime now and still are dirty and need a refurb, when I visited last week 2/3 toilet seats were hanging off and the nappy bin in the disabled toilet was over flowing! Not impressed. I visited last week as I had no vehicle to travel to Thame, whizz kids, but have been choosing whizz kids over zoomania for the past 6mths, the time is NOT limited there either, no charge for adults and the food is much nicer and greater value for money!
And one last thing, I am not impressed at the 2hr limit, once my ex took our children there as a treat and he was hounded by the manager on several occasions as the 'time limit' was up despite the building half empty, so bloody rude!!!!!

The new lay out in zoomaina in Aylesbury now means there is no soft play area for babies under 2yrs . They have refurbished it which now means that we have to foot the bill as babies are now being charged £ 1.20... there were over 2 yr olds playing in the supposed 0-2yr area which consided of slides big shapes and a tunnel with bumps in .. and the other bit had cars and big blocks .. WOW my 10 month old loved being scared of all the the bigger kids in the cars and no toys for her to play with .. the area had more adults then children in at one point .. there were no tables has none of the staff clearing .. we asked for a refund to which they did so . Why take away a soft play area we asked and were told by a member of staff we did it to stop the older children playing in it . Right so putting slides and tunnels that stopped the matter . Will not be returning there from now on . Shame really as it was a once a lovely place to go to .

Poor slow service, the staff were lazy, 6 people working in kitchen, one of which had a baby with them! One member of staff throwing food around in the kitchen, the so called manager was more interested in the baby then dealing with any issues that were brought to his attention. People were made to wait a long time to get in as none of the staff that were supposidly working would serve them so they could get in. Was difficult to find a table as none of the staff were clearing them! I notice that there hasn't been many reviews of this place for a few months, maybe a lot of the good reviews from a few months back were staff members trying to get the ratings up for the new management!! Plus side if there is one is the kids like the play park!

I am a local childminder and have been going to zoomania for years, since we have had the new owner nothing is too much trouble.  The food is home cooked and presented well.  The children never tire from the new activities that are provided including arts and crafts.  The mother and toddler group is extremely good and the children love seeing Zilo.  A client had a party there just last week and commented on how lovely and how well organised it was.   It is nice to finally have an owner passionate about his business and who has a young family of his own so knows what parents want for their children and this really shows.

I have 3 children, ages 1, 3 and 4 and they all have great fun here. There is plenty to keep each age group occupied and lots of different activities including a couple of bouncy castles ball pits and a football/basketball area. There is a good choice of food and it is of good quality. The staff are usually very helpful. Unlike some places there is plenty of seating.

My little boy absolutly loves this place. There’s plenty for him to do. The staff are always friendly and helpful and the food is well priced too.
A great way to spend a few hours.

My 6 year old daughter described Zoomania as ‘awesome’. I felt compelled to give this place a review in light of the previous one which I found no evidence of. Chaotic? Its a kids play centre!!! Toilets fine, food prices more than reasonable, and quite tasty, great coffee and the kids loved it which is what its all about. I am now thinking about booking the centre for a party and will def be going again!

This place is total chaos! Poor hygiene in toilets and sub standard food costs. Not much choice in Aylesbury so find kids love it.

My 3 year old didn't seem to mind the place, but frankly, I was disgusted with the lazy service, poor hygiene and sub-par food. There was an almost total lack of staff, and the staff who were there clearly unaware of how to do their jobs. The pricing was terrible, andI shan't go back there again, even if somebody paid me to!

Zoomania has improved loads in the last few months under new management. The seating area is now an enclosed, clean area and the food looks appetising. You can also now get a decent coffee and pastry while the kids play. The place looks so much cleaner and doesn't smell stale or look grubby like it used to!
If you haven't been for a while I would suggest you give it a go as its changed for the better. There are even special events planned for the future and a newsletter to tell you whats happening.
Its a good value place to visit - especially the schools out deal. Kids get entry and a meal after school for a very reasonable price. Great on a rainy day or if you fancy a break from preparing dinner!
