4 POOFS and a Piano, best known as
the house band on Friday Night With
Jonathan Ross, will play Aylesbury Civic Centre tomorrow (Saturday October 25).
Entitled 'More Hairdressers than Barber Shop,' the boys are promising
an eclectic mix of song and dance, from jaunty re-workings of classic
covers to their own comic observations of life in the noughties.

Consisting of Dave Wickenden, David Roper, Stephen De Martin and Ian Parkin, 4 Poofs first performed at Soho's exclusive Groucho Club back
in mid 2000.

In 2001 they were spotted by the producers of Friday Night With Jonathan Ross.

2003 saw them release their debut single, Camp Up Your Christmas, followed by their debut album Screamin' Party Anthems.

A year later they took their own show, Never Mind the Botox, to the Edinburgh Festival where they played to sell out audiences and received rave reviews.

Catch them at Aylesbury Civic Centre on Saturday. For tickets call 01296 486009.
